What is BrickGifts?

BrickGifts are authentic LEGO® storage boxes filled with hand selected LEGO® building sets and accessories. Each box comes in different themes, colors and sizes for boys and girls of all ages.

What ages are appropriate for BrickGifts?

BrickGifts are available for all ages based on LEGO® building set and accessories marked on the products.

The DUPLO LEGO® Brick has an age requirement of 2+, however some of the accessories like the LEGO® Keylight is not appropriate for children under 3.

Please read all product descriptions and age limits on the individual items.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship only within the United States.

What’s inside each BrickGifts?

Please look at each item and description to determine what is in each box. Each box is filled with all authentic LEGO® sets and accessories.  

When will the BrickGift ship?

BrickGifts will ship within 1-2 business days of receiving orders. We typically ship same-day, but need to allow for holidays and weekends.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

Yes. Shipping is not included in the cost of the BrickGift.  

What happens if I enter the wrong address for my order?

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information prior to shipping. We will ship to the shipping address given at the time of checkout.

BrickGifts is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. Reshipping of eligible packages returned to BrickGifts due to an incorrect address can be re-shipped at the customer’s expense.

Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to update your delivery address if you see any discrepancies. Once a package has been assigned a tracking number, we can no longer update the shipping address.

For these reasons, we do not offer refunds or credits for insufficient or incorrect addresses that cause such delays/package returns.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. We are confident that you will love your BrickGift!

Can you customize a BrickGift?

Not currently, however if you would like to send us an email, we will do our best to accommodate. But no guarantees and pricing may vary.
